Quick answers when something does not work as expected — written for store owners, not technicians.

Customer cannot book from the app

  • Make sure they selected the correct store in the app
  • Check that they completed their delivery address
  • Ask them to close and reopen the app
  • Contact us if the problem continues after a demo review

Rider cannot see a job

  • Confirm the job is assigned to that rider in the dashboard
  • Rider should log out and log back in
  • Check that the rider is using the correct store name at login

Payment shows wrong on the order

  • Check the Payments page for the full list of collections
  • Online payments may take a moment to confirm after customer pays
  • Partial payments mean balance is still due — collect remainder at delivery

Dashboard not updating

  • Refresh the browser page
  • Check your internet connection
  • If problem persists, contact pixxenlab@gmail.com with your store name

Customer or rider not getting phone alerts

  • Notifications must be allowed in phone settings
  • User should log in again after installing the app
  • Alerts work on real phones, not on desktop test screens
