Getting Started

How to begin with GoLaundry — from booking a demo to getting your store, team, and apps ready.

Step 1: Book a demo

Visit our contact page and request a demo. We will show you the store dashboard, customer app, and rider app live — and answer questions about your specific laundry setup (single store, delivery, multiple branches, etc.).

Step 2: Set up your store profile

  • Add your store name, address, and contact details
  • Set your service list and prices (wash, dry clean, iron, etc.)
  • Configure working hours and delivery options
  • Set up tax and billing preferences for your region

Step 3: Add your team

  • Create accounts for front desk, managers, and owners
  • Give each person the right role so they only see what they need
  • Add rider accounts if you offer pickup and delivery

Step 4: Invite customers to the app

Share the customer app download link with regular customers. They sign in with their phone number, pick your store, and can start booking pickups and paying online. You can still create orders manually at the counter for walk-in customers.

Step 5: Run your first orders

  • Create a test order at the counter and walk it through each stage
  • Try a customer booking from the mobile app
  • Assign a pickup or delivery to a rider and complete it in the rider app
  • Check that the payment shows correctly on the Payments page
