What is the Store Dashboard?

The Store Dashboard is the main screen your team uses on a computer or tablet. Think of it as your laundry shop's control centre — where you create bills, track orders, manage customers, and see how the business is doing.

Overview — your morning check-in

When you open the dashboard, the Overview page shows today's key numbers: pending orders, recent activity, and quick status summaries. Start here each morning to see what needs attention.

Orders — the heart of daily work

• Orders list — see all active and completed orders with filters
• New order — create a bill when a customer walks in or calls
• Order detail — update status, add services, record payment, print invoice

Customers — know who you serve

• Customer list — phone numbers, addresses, and order history
• Customer profile — see past orders, wallet balance, loyalty points, and dues

Products — your service menu

Products is where you set up your service catalog — wash per kg, dry clean per piece, steam press, add-ons, and special rates. Keep this updated so billing is always accurate.

Pickups & Deliveries — manage riders

When customers book pickups or you send clothes out for delivery, tasks appear here. Assign a rider, track progress, and make sure nothing is missed.

Payments — every rupee accounted for

The Payments page is your financial record. Every cash, UPI, card, wallet, and online collection is listed here — separate from the order screen so you can reconcile at day end.
