What are packages?
Packages are prepaid plans you sell to customers — for example, '10 kg wash per month' or 'Family plan with wallet bonus.' Customers buy once and use their quota over time. This gives you predictable revenue and keeps customers committed to your store.
How customers buy a package
- Customer sees available plans in the mobile app Packages tab
- Pays online or from wallet
- Subscription is activated with remaining quota shown in the app
- Quota is applied automatically when they place qualifying orders
How you manage packages
- Create plans from the Packages page in your dashboard
- Set price, duration, included services, and any wallet bonus
- View active subscriptions and who is using which plan
