Team Roles & Access

Who can log in, what each role can do, and how to keep your store data safe — explained simply.

Three types of users

  • Store staff — owners, managers, and counter team who use the dashboard on a computer
  • Customers — people who use the mobile app with their phone number
  • Riders — delivery staff who use the rider app with a login ID and password you create

Store staff roles

  • Owner — full control including store settings and deletion
  • Admin — full daily operations without deleting the store
  • Manager — orders, customers, logistics, and payments
  • Staff — create and update orders at the counter
  • Viewer — can look at data but cannot make changes

Why roles matter

Not everyone should change prices or see every store's data. Roles keep your billing accurate and prevent accidental changes. A counter person focuses on orders; a manager sees reports; an owner controls policy.

Customer login — no password needed

Customers open the app, select your laundry store, and sign in with their phone number. If they are new, they are registered automatically. This makes it easy for repeat customers to book again.

Rider login — you create the account

Riders cannot sign up on their own. You create their login ID and password from the Drivers page in your dashboard. Share these credentials with your delivery team only.

Multi-store access

If you own several outlets, each staff member is assigned only to the stores they work at. They cannot open another branch's orders unless you give them access. Head office users with admin rights can see all stores.
