How billing, collections, and payment records work in GoLaundry — cash, UPI, wallet, and online.
GoLaundry is laundry billing software at its core. When you create an order, you add services (wash, dry clean, iron, etc.), quantities, and prices. The system calculates the total and lets you record how the customer pays.
On each order you see whether it is Unpaid, Partially paid, or Fully paid. The separate Payments page lists every individual collection — like a bank statement for your laundry. Use it at day end to check that all money is accounted for.
When a customer pays online through the app or a rider collects via phone payment, it appears as 'Online' on your Payments page. This is separate from cash so your totals stay clear.
