Rider Mobile App
How your delivery staff use the rider app for pickups, deliveries, and collecting payments.
Who uses the rider app?
Anyone on your team who picks up clothes from customers or delivers finished laundry uses the rider app on their phone. It replaces phone calls and paper chits with a clear job list and step-by-step flow.
Getting riders set up
- You create each rider from the Drivers page in your dashboard
- Set a login ID and password for them
- Rider downloads the rider app and signs in with those details plus your store name
What riders see each day
- Active jobs — pickups and deliveries assigned to them
- Job details — customer name, address, phone, and map link
- History — completed jobs for reference
Completing a pickup job
- Tap 'Mark arrived' when at the customer's location
- Add garment details and services (or confirm what was collected)
- Apply any discount or loyalty if applicable
- Collect payment — cash, online on phone, or mark pay later
- Mark job complete
Completing a delivery job
- Navigate to customer address
- Mark arrived, hand over clothes
- Collect any remaining payment if needed
- Mark complete — order shows as Delivered in dashboard
Notifications
Riders get a phone alert when a new job is assigned so they do not miss pickups during busy hours.
