What each insights group tells you

  • New Customers: how customer base is growing
  • Pending Payments: how much money is still not collected
  • Write-off Amount: how much revenue was lost/cancelled
  • Sales by Order/Invoice/Store/Status: where revenue is coming from
  • Sales by Upcharges/Delivery Mode: add-on and service channel performance
  • Payments vs Mode / Collection vs Order / Cash-ups: payment quality and closure accuracy
  • Mobile Customers and Inventory: customer behavior and stock readiness

Daily, weekly, monthly admin routine

  • Daily: review pending payments and major exceptions
  • Weekly: compare branch performance and delayed orders
